Tuesday Morning

I woke up at 6:30 this morning and I've been drinking coffee and just enjoying the quiet and stillness. Isn't it funny that when I'm on vacation I'm eager to get up and not waste a minute of the day?
I want to put a link on here of something really neat to listen to. It is a series of audios by Esther and Jerry Hicks. You've heard of the Secret which is basically The Law of Attraction. This is more of the same but these two wrote their book before The Secret came out. I really enjoyed listening to these so I thought I'd share. Here's the link:

Russell has been working a lot, pretty much day and night. Maybe that is a sign that the economy is starting to pick up. I know one thing, he needs to catch up on his sleep before he gets run down. I've never known anyone that can get by on as little sleep as he does.

Not much else is going on. I have some plans with Alex for the rest of the week and those I'll write about later.
Y'all have a good day.
Blessings.

  1. I'm hoping you are right about the economy picking up again. Its been really slow where I work - and in fact stopped for the past couple weeks.

Enjoy your visit with Alex! :)

  2. I love waking up early on vacations and taking in the quiet and think about how perfect everything is. =]

  3. Thank you for the link! I have bookmarked it and will go back and listen to some more of the tapes. I loved The Secret. Not new ideas--just new packaging. But it is always good to remind your soul--over and over again--hehe! At least mine. I am a slow learner. :):)

  6. Rita: I find that I have to remind my soul over and over again as well. I figure eventually it will sink in.

  7. That's how it always works... When you have to be up early it's the last thing you want to do, and it's all you can do to drag yourself out of bed when the alarm goes off. But when you can sleep in you end up getting up early... Sometimes even earlier than you do on your early mornings. If you know what I mean.
