A day to begin a new fitness program. A day to get moving, exercise, and eat healthy. I've created a new blog that will be set to private for the time being. It is so I can hold myself accountable for my choices, such as my exercise and food choices. I have everything I need at home so that I don't have to go to a gym. I have a total gym, recumbent bike, weight bench and weights, stability ball, stretch band and lots of exercise dvds. I have made too many excuses for too long. So today is day one of my program and so far I have done great.
