IMBLESED

Standing for I'm Blessed. That was a license plate that I read on a car in front of me when I was on my way home from work today as I was thinking about something that happened today. There was a woman at the register and she was almost done paying and she put her change($6) on the belt and said....Put this towards his (meaning the next guy in line) and she quickly walked away. I said to the guy....did you know her? He said no. Then he preceded to tell me that today was his birthday and he was having a horrible day. He had 3 vehicles and they were all broken down. He was amazed that this woman would do this expecting nothing in return. I could tell that it turned his day around and he felt so much better.

Yesterday a woman came to my register with a tiny baby. The baby had an oxygen tube to breathe. Another cashier that was coming to give me a break asked how old the baby was. She said 7 months. The baby was very tiny for his size. The Mom said he needed a heart transplant but they had to wait till he was 4 years old. She said she hoped she could *keep* him till then. She sounded very strong and confident that he would make it. Such and amazing Mom and a lucky baby. :) If you'd like to say a prayer for little Jayden I think it would be much appreciated.

The tornadoes that killed and injured quite a few all went around us. There was one above and one below. There was much damage from the one below. A man came into work yesterday and told me he was going to be on the news. I asked why. He said because his tree business did over $8,000 worth of work removing falled trees and limbs in the tornado damaged areas, for free. I told him that was awesome that he was doing that.

Blessings come in many shapes and forms. Have you been blessed lately? I feel blessed just witnessing these experiences.
