Ups and Downs

This picture says it all. (Life is a roller coaster , you can either scream every time you hit a bump or you can throw your hands up in the air and enjoy it) Lately....there have been many bumps! I let too many things get to me.....little things that in the long run don't even matter. Maybe it's time to just enjoy it. Yesterday was a really bad day for me. But then in the end, he is always there to help me realize what is important. He helps me get grounded again.
