I try to live by *The Way*....the Buddhist way but I'm having a lot of trouble with that right now. I believe like the Dalai Lama says.....Kindness is my religion and also that Love is the lack of judgement. Well, I have been letting things get to me at work lately. Having customers that yell at me every day is difficult. I can understand that they want to get a fair price and they are all looking for a discount but really.....do they have to be so rude about it and blame it on me? I tell them that I have nothing to do with the pricing of products but they don't seem to care. I have to constantly remind myself that we all come from the same Divine source and these people are just having a bad day. I really want to get to a place in my life where these type of things don't bother me.

  1. It's really tough when people take things out on you that's not your fault. All you can do is to do your best to ignore them, perhaps while doing breathing exercises and thinking happy thoughts.

  2. Some customers just take sales-people for granted, like not even bothering to say "Thank you" most of the time.
Just let it wash over you and think happy thoughts.
You are a child of the universe too.

    Blessings.

    1. Child of the universe....I used to do a meditation chant that contained those exact words.....I don't think it is a coincedence that you said those words to me. :)
